The Israeli came through in one hour and 16 minutes to record a 6-2 6-4 victory over the world number 129, setting up a quarter-final clash with Russia's Alexandra Panova. The qualifier beat seventh seed Patricia Mayr of Austria 7-5 6-1.
Olga Govortsova of Belarus is also into the last eight as the fourth seed beat Russian Vesna Manasieva 6! -2 6-3.
Home contender Akgul Amanmuradova also made it through as she beat Russian Ekaterina Bychkova 4-6 7-5 7-6 (7-4).
